These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by MaradTech Marketing, a global limited liability company (referred to as the “Agency”), as outlined in the Service Agreement (the “Agreement”). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services: The Agency provides various digital marketing services, including but not limited to Paid Media, Social Media, Basic Web Design, Automated Booking Funnel, Automated SMS & Email Reminders, Direct Booking Page, Google My Business Management, Positive-Review System, and Customer Support. The specific services and deliverables are detailed in the Service Agreement.

2. Pricing and Payments: The pricing for our services is as outlined in the Service Agreement. The Client may choose from the available payment options, including prepayment or monthly billing.

3. Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellation and refund policies are specified in the Service Agreement. The Client is encouraged to review these policies to understand the terms and conditions related to cancellation and refunds.

4. Intellectual Property: Any intellectual property created during the provision of our services, including graphics, website design, and marketing content, shall remain the property of the Client.

5. Confidentiality: Both the Agency and the Client shall maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information and business-related data obtained during the service engagement.

6. Limitation of Liability: The Agency’s liability for any claims arising from the Agreement shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client for the services provided.

7. Dispute Resolution: Disputes related to our services will be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration, as specified in the Service Agreement.

8. Term and Termination: The term of the Agreement is detailed in the Service Agreement. The Client may terminate the Agreement as per the specified terms.

9. Compliance with Laws: Both the Agency and the Client shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the provision and receipt of services.

10. Satisfaction Guarantee: We offer a Money-Back Satisfaction Guarantee, as outlined in the Service Agreement. We aim to provide complete client satisfaction and will address any concerns to ensure your satisfaction.
