Cancellation & Refund Policy

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES:

 

Cooling Off Period:

The Client shall have a cooling-off period of ten (10) to fifteen (15) days from the Effective Date, during which the Client may terminate this Agreement without penalty and receive a full refund. This period allows the Client to evaluate the services provided by the Agency.

 

Cancellation Notice:

After the cooling-off period ends, the Client may terminate this Agreement by providing the Agency with a minimum of thirty (30) days’ written notice. This notice allows both parties time to unwind the services provided.

 

Prorated Refunds:

In the event of cancellation during a billing cycle, the Agency may provide a prorated refund based on the number of days used in that billing cycle.

 

Pre-Paid Multi-Month Agreements:

For pre-paid multi-month agreements, if the contract is terminated early, the Agency shall refund any unused portion of the fees paid by the Client.

 

Monthly-Pay Contracts:

For monthly-pay contracts, no refunds will be provided after services have been provided for that billing period.

 

Monthly Rolling Termination:

Once the initial term of six (6) months is completed, for auto-renewing agreements, the Client may provide monthly rolling termination notice without penalty.

 

No Refunds for Custom Products or Services:

No refunds shall be provided for custom products or services that have already been completed or are in progress at the time of termination.

 

Minimum Contract Term:

To qualify for any refunds, a minimum contract term of six (6) months is required.

 

Force Majeure Provisions:

In the event of force majeure events, which are events outside of either party’s control, warranting termination, the parties agree to negotiate in good faith and, if necessary, follow the termination procedures outlined in this Agreement.

Full refund policy

We stand behind the quality of our services and aim for complete client satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with our work, just let us know within 15 days of starting your contract, and we will provide a start the refund process.

Cancellation After 15 Days:

After 15 days, you may cancel at any time with 30 days’ written notice. For monthly contracts, no refund will be due for services already rendered in previous months. For pre-paid multi-month agreements, we will refund any unused portion of fees on a prorated basis.

Exclusion for Custom Products and Services:

Custom products and services already provided as of a cancellation date are not eligible for refunds. We want to ensure our creative team is fully compensated for the extensive time and effort devoted to tailoring deliverables to each client.

Opportunity to Address Concerns:

Our goal is to build long-term relationships, so if you have any concerns, please give us the opportunity to address them before terminating. We stand ready to make any adjustments needed to ensure your complete satisfaction.

 

Refund Structure:

We give 100% money-back in 3 parts for 3 succeeding months.

First Month: In the first month, you are eligible for a refund of 1/3 (approximately 33%) of the total amount paid.

Second Month: If you remain dissatisfied after the first month, you can receive an additional 1/3 (approximately 33%) refund in the second month.

Third Month: In the third month, you can request the final 1/3 (approximately 34%) refund to complete the full reimbursement.
