Client Policies & Professional Standards
These policies form part of every engagement with MaradTel, LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.
⸻
1. Our Relationship
Clients engage MaradTel, LLC, an independent professional services company.
Nikko Jones and other personnel act as authorized representatives of the Company.
The Client retains the Company—not any individual person.
⸻
2. Operator Engagement Policy
MaradTel is engaged to deliver agreed business outcomes through professional marketing, consulting, operations, technology, and creative services.
The Company retains sole discretion over:
* staffing;
* subcontractors;
* employees;
* consultants;
* software;
* AI tools;
* workflows;
* methodologies; and
* internal operating procedures.
The Client defines business objectives.
MaradTel determines how those objectives are delivered.
⸻
3. Team Assignment Policy
MaradTel may assign, replace, or add qualified personnel at any point during the engagement.
All work remains under Company supervision.
The Company’s internal staffing decisions are not subject to Client approval unless expressly agreed in writing.
MaradTel remains fully accountable for all deliverables.
⸻
4. Payment Policy
Invoices are due according to their stated payment terms.
Late payments may result in:
* suspension of work;
* delayed timelines;
* late payment charges (if applicable); and
* termination of the engagement.
⸻
5. Deposit Policy
Projects begin only after the required deposit has been received.
No work, planning, scheduling, research, implementation, or resource allocation begins before payment.
⸻
6. No Refund Policy
Payments compensate MaradTel for professional expertise, strategic thinking, reserved production capacity, labor, and business resources.
Accordingly:
All deposits, retainers, milestone payments, consulting fees, and completed work are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
⸻
7. Scope Policy
Services are limited to the agreed Statement of Work.
Requests outside the agreed scope may require:
* revised pricing;
* an updated Statement of Work; or
* a separate agreement.
MaradTel reserves the right to decline additional work outside the agreed engagement.
⸻
8. Pricing Review Policy
Pricing may be reviewed when:
* scope increases;
* workload significantly expands;
* new business units are added;
* project complexity changes; or
* upon contract renewal.
Price adjustments will be communicated before taking effect.
⸻
9. Communication Policy
Normal business communication occurs during Company business hours.
Response times vary depending on workload but generally occur within one business day.
Meetings are scheduled by appointment.
Emergency requests may require separate arrangements.
⸻
10. Meeting Policy
Clients are responsible for attending scheduled meetings.
Missed meetings without notice may be considered completed.
Repeated no-shows may delay project timelines.
⸻
11. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
* provide timely feedback;
* supply required materials;
* provide necessary account access;
* designate decision makers;
* approve deliverables within reasonable timeframes.
Client delays extend project timelines accordingly.
⸻
12. Revision Policy
Reasonable revisions within the agreed scope are included.
Substantial redesigns, strategic changes, or repeated revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees.
⸻
13. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed:
The Client owns final approved deliverables after full payment.
MaradTel retains ownership of:
* proprietary methodologies;
* internal processes;
* SOPs;
* frameworks;
* templates;
* automation systems;
* AI prompts;
* operational know-how;
* internal documentation.
Nothing in the engagement transfers ownership of the Company’s proprietary systems.
⸻
14. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential information obtained during the engagement.
⸻
15. Professional Conduct
MaradTel maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward abusive conduct.
Constructive feedback and professional disagreement are welcomed.
However, harassment, intimidation, discrimination, threats, bullying, personal attacks, or repeated unprofessional conduct directed toward Company personnel may result in immediate termination.
No refunds shall be issued following termination for misconduct except where required by applicable law.
⸻
16. Project Pause
Projects inactive due to Client delays for more than thirty (30) consecutive days may be paused.
Restarting a paused project may require updated timelines and pricing.
⸻
17. Availability
The Company is not an on-demand staffing service.
Business hours, holidays, planned leave, and operational schedules shall be observed.
⸻
18. Performance Disclaimer
Marketing results depend on numerous factors outside the Company’s control, including market conditions, competition, advertising platforms, customer behavior, pricing, sales execution, and economic conditions.
Accordingly, MaradTel does not guarantee specific business outcomes.
⸻
19. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement according to the Agreement.
MaradTel may immediately terminate engagements involving:
* abusive conduct;
* fraudulent activity;
* illegal requests;
* non-payment;
* material breach of contract; or
* conduct that materially impairs the professional working relationship.
⸻
20. Governing Policies
These Client Policies are incorporated into every Agreement entered into with MaradTel, LLC.
The Company reserves the right to update these policies periodically.
Updated policies apply prospectively and shall not materially alter existing contractual obligations without notice.
